Virginia General Assembly’s Commission on Youth
Amy Atkinson is the Executive Director of the Virginia General Assembly’s Commission on Youth, which is charged with providing study and recommendations on a variety of issues impacting youth and their families. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Mary Washington and earned a Master of Public Administration from VCU. A native of Abingdon, Amy now lives in Mechanicsville with her husband and three children.
