Dr. Rodgers is passionate about holistic youth development. Dr Rodgers is an Educational Consultant, Adjunct Professor, and the Founder/CEO of Enrichment City LLC. Dr Rodgers previously held the position of Federal Programs Director and Coordinator of Out-of-School Time & Extended Learning Programs for Hampton City Schools. Dr Rodgers has a B.S. in Education from Old Dominion University (ODU), a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University, and a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from Regent University. In addition, he has a background that includes parks and recreation, grant writing, and private and public school education. He is a member of the 2019-2020 National Afterschool Alliance Ambassador Program.
