Joseph will support the VPOST team as the Communication Consultant, amplifying its advocacy and professional development work via compelling messaging to keep OST professionals informed and engaged. With more than 25 years of experience in the afterschool, early childhood, and library worlds, Joseph has built systems and led community efforts to positively impact children and families. He will leverage passion for VPOST.
