By registering as an exhibitor or sponsor for the Roadmap to Resiliency in Out-of-School Time Conference, you and your company or organization agree to the following terms. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By serving as an exhibitor and sponsor in the conference, you grant permission to have you and your organization or company image, logo, display name and likeness recorded, live streamed, photographed, or captured in any media. On behalf of your company or organization you acknowledge that VPOST will own such images and further grant VPOST permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such images in any manner whatsoever related to VPOST. Exhibitor/Sponsor companies or organizations further waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the media by the VPOST prior to it's use. Exhibitor/Sponsor companies or organizations forever release and hold the VPOST harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the media, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity. It is the exhibitor/sponsor responsibility to directly communicate in writing any branding guidelines that should be adhered to by VPOST. Sponsor/exhibitor company or organizations acknowledge and agree that The Virginia Partnership for Out-of-School Time reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the conference. VPOST is not responsible refunding payment for sponsorship and exhibition should weather-related events, emergencies and acts of God interfere with conference operations. All registered sponsors and exhibitors will be added to our electronic mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time. The payment is due upon registration of sponsorship or exhibition. Payment with Purchase Order or check may be requested and will be due within a net 30 days. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the conference, you are still responsible. VPOST is not obligated to issue a refund. Cancellations received in writing prior to September 12, 2020, will be refunded by check after October 12, 2020, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 12, 2020.
