ChildCare Aware of Virginia
Phillip currently serves as the Western Regional Manager for Child Care Aware of Virginia. He coordinates technical assistance and professional development opportunities for providers in the Western region, as well as parent and provider outreach to expand youth programming opportunities. Prior to joining the team in 2023, Phillip served in several out-of-school-time roles in the New River Valley. Phillip earned a Ph.D. in Leadership from Concordia University Chicago and an MS from Liberty University.
