Virginia Partnership for Out-of-School Time is looking to make appointments to the Board of Directors based on strategic composition, including geography, parent voice, and other interests.
Each Director shall serve for a three-year term, and such Director may be elected for two additional terms. The Board governs by emphasizing its strategic direction and espoused values. The Board recognizes that the resources and values of VPOST preclude a large administrative staff, therefore, some work must be carried by volunteers, including Directors.
