Katie Hendrickson is a seasoned healthcare administrator with over a decade of experience leading strategic growth and operational excellence in academic medicine. As Division Administrator II at The Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, she oversees multiple pediatric specialties, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and spearheading initiatives that have expanded clinical services – most notably the expansion of the Pediatric Sleep Center, Pediatric Heart Center, and Developmental Pediatric Division.

Katie earned her Master of Science in Health Administration from the College of Health Professions at Virginia Commonwealth University. Her career reflects a strong commitment to improving pediatric care delivery, optimizing clinical operations, and mentoring healthcare professionals. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two children in Glen Allen public schools and an active volunteer with the Hill City Kids, reflecting her commitment to both healthcare and community impact.
