The Hampton Roads Out-of-School Time (OST) Collaborative unites leaders across the region to enhance the health and well-being practices within out-of-school programs. This vital network, co-led by Karen Johnson and Jennifer Richardson of Hampton City Public Schools, serves the diverse communities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Williamsburg, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, Mathews, Southampton, Surry, and York. Bringing together a wide array of organizations, the Collaborative holds monthly meetings to connect and strengthen OST initiatives.
