Lauren B. Schmitt, Partner, has been working on government relations in Virginia for over a decade and works with clients in the non-profit sector, professional societies, and corporations. Lauren works on a wide range of policy issues, with a focus on health care and children’s issues. She is working with VPOST to increase access to services for school-age youth across the Commonwealth. Working together, Lauren and the VPOST team have successfully advocated for the General Assembly to allocate additional funding to out-of-school time programs and expand the number of sites throughout Virginia.
